Hall Rental Rules
A $200.00 deposit holds the reservation and is NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel. If you follow through your $200 will be returned to
you if the hall is clean and damage-free. You will be charged for any breakage or damage.
You must have and show a banquet license to serve alcohol. These can be obtained for $10.00 from the liquor store.
Do not use tape, staples, nails, or mar walls or ceiling.
Do not move piano/organ or ITEMS ON THE WALLS.
Bring your own dishes, cups, silverware, tablecloths, dishtowels, cookware, potholders, and other kitchen or serving equipment.
You may use the microwave, stove, and refrigerator.
Keep beer kegs in kitchen.
Consider neighbors for music volume. Keep sound within building. Noise level must be lowered at 10 pm. All music or other loud
sounds should stop by midnight.
The neighbors may call the sheriff for excess noise or other disturbances.
Do not smoke in the hall. Use the outside sand buckets.
Clean Up Rules
Pick up garbage and other debris on the property
Clean up any and all messes that you make. Mop up all spills. Make sure kitchen and bathrooms are clean.
Turn heat down to 50 and turn off all lights. Lock doors as you leave.
Take away all garbage from inside the hall, bathrooms, and the property.
Hall must be cleaned by 8am of the following day. |
